samseng customer~

i was tried to explain to my customer why his loan has been rejected from our bank....

me: encik, ur loan maximum boleh pinjam 60% saja. Kerana u punya borang B submit bersih, lepas tu encik punya income tak dapat justify...so bank hanya boleh bagi margin 60% saja...

samseng: i rasa ah...u punya bank banyak susah..kenapa nak justify i punya income? kalau i beli rumah i mesti ada wang bayar..saya ada rumah dengan kereta lagi tau...

(if bank approve loan in this way then no need sales person like me...)

me: tapi ini memang bank punya policy...customer income must be justify..........

(idiot~~~)

samseng : kalau u punya bank tak ada wang cakap saja lah..i rasa sangat malu lah..u punya bank memang kedekut..kalau u punya bank tak ada wang tak apa ..i boleh pergi lain bank saja...

(if the bank no money then who else? and go ahead to others bank..god bless they approve ur loan)

me: ok ..bye..


i am so geram with this samseng...and i talked to him so polite but he replied like samseng +_+ grrrrrrrrrr ... come on can you have some common sense?? bank do not have money ??!!~~as a professional sales executive like me i do not argue with him further because he will only waste my time... please go off ~

and i would like to apologise on my very very broken BM.. :p
